Dana (Giving From The Heart)
The practices of mindfulness meditation that have been offered over the centuries, have been kept alive through the practice of generosity that takes the form of dana or giving from the heart.
Neesha hopes to continue this practice by offering her meditation sessions, workshops and classes freely with the understanding that those who are able will financially support these offerings through dana.
If necessary, fees will only be charged to cover rental space and other material supplies that are required to create a space conducive to learning.
If you would like to support Neesha's efforts to offer mindfulness teachings, please take a moment to mindfully practice your generosity by:
(i) absorbing the feeling of generosity that has arisen in your heart/mind,

(iii) then taking a moment to reflect on the experience of having been generous and given from your heart.
